    Re-Entry Permit จะมีระยะเวลา เท่ากับอายุของวีซ่าที่ถืออยู่ ตัวอย่าง หากวีซ่า Non-B หรือ Non-O มีอายุถึง 31 ธันวาคม 2025 Re-Entry Permit ก็จะมีอายุถึงวันเดียวกัน
